  • Tucked away in El Rio is our natural river bath, which sets the tone for this immersive experience. Starting with an in-river cleansing of the aura, you will be immersed in the sounds of nature and guided to a state of healing. Exfoliate the skin with a local coffee scrub, then submerge in the healing properties of water with an herbal bath to warm your muscles and purify your body.

Through fluid, intentional movements, this aquatic healing therapy reconnects you with water as your origin and invites a harmonious connection with the four elements. Begin your experience with an introspective meditation, setting an intention as you journey through our riverside Labyrinth. Float effortlessly in a warm bath, experiencing a state of weightlessness that alleviates pressure on your spine, delivering a profound sensory experience that attunes you to the high vibration of the natural world. Forest & Sound Bathing

  • Stimulating our senses opens us up for greater connection between the outside world and our inner selves. In this journey, you'll bathe in the sounds and landscape of AltaGracia's forest through a guided nature hike, followed by a balancing sound bath and group Reiki session in our midway tree net. You'll then explore the practice of mindful eating with a silent breakfast, allowing you space to tune into the smell and taste of local favorites. Expect to nourish, calm your mind and feel deeply bonded with our Costa Rican lands.

Cold Plunge

  • Increase blood circulation, awaken the body, and boost energy with cold water therapy. Visit our treatment room outfitted with a Vichy bathtub, warm water showers, and private access to the sauna for an invigorating cold plunge experience. Unwind in the spacious treatment room with a dedicated spa attendant, and enjoy a hot tea post-plunge to warm up to complete your wellness journey.
