Our two mountaintop yurts are situated on a high alpine peak overlooking the valley and surrounding mountainscape, boasting one of the most scenic posts on Blue Sky's property. This intimate space can be used for fondue lunches, private dinners, whiskey or wine tastings, fireside yoga, and guided meditation.

Le Refectory est le restaurant de la distillerie High West, situé sur la propriété de Blue Sky. Les clients peuvent y déguster une cuisine montagnarde inspirée tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur les montagnes, des cocktails artisanaux à base de whisky High West et une sélection de bières de l'Utah. Ouvert du jeudi au samedi pour le déjeuner et le dimanche pour le brunch. Il est fortement recommandé de réserver à l'avance, car les places sont rapidement prises.
