In partnership with local fishing collectives and farms, we're working to develop a sustainable produce sourcing model for all restaurants. Our culinary team continues to strengthen relationships with these collectives in order to create a true sustainable practice for our kitchens. Esperanza is also participating in an education scholarship program in collaboration with Chileno Bay Resort, where two students receive the first year of tuition from the resorts.

Mieux ensemble

Esperanza + Green Scholarship Program

Esperanza has joined forces with its sister property Chileno Bay Resort to participate in initiatives that support the local community. In partnership with the Green Scholarship Program, the hotels established an annual education scholarship fund that awards two promising female students studying tourism or marine biology the first year of university tuition, which includes books, transportation, psychological support and English classes to ensure their success. In addition, each scholar is invited to visit their sponsoring hotel to learn more about the hospitality industry. Esperanza and Chileno Bay Resort also support Coperativa Alvarez, a fishing collective of 20 families in Baja California Sur’s Magdalena Bay. Both hotels purchase the collective’s entire catch on a weekly basis to directly sustain the livelihood of local fishermen/women and deliver guests the region’s freshest seafood. About Esperanza + Green Scholarship Program

  • Esperanza, Auberge Collection

We strive to create exceptional experiences that enrich the lives of our guests, our team members and the community at large. Esperanza sits on Los Cabos' Punta Ballena coastline, named for its resemblance to a whale’s tail. You’ll feel at harmony with the vivid sensations of Baja California—and with the Esperanza family.
