Bisbee’s Black and Blue, each year—there are more striped marlin caught within 20 miles of Cabo San Lucas year round than any other place in the world. The deep-water canyons at the mouth of Cabo San Lucas harbor and the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez create favorable fishing conditions for a number of other prized catch, including mahi-mahi, swordfish, grouper and wahoo.
